getting a sense of scale can be hard in fsx - a lot of camera config tweaks are needed but the external viewpoints for the b 52 are good

virtual cockpit may not be on the horizon any time soon - something this big deserves a proper sound library rather than mapping to a 737-800

the 3d model is excellent - paint schemes dont have a lot of variation but that seems more to do with US airforce policy on Helicopter paints than Area 51 s doing

using fsx go to specify lod 9 and other texture loading settings
in your rex 2 do you sometimes have mixed in with cumulus clouds the odd one which is a flat plane ( I know they all map to planes in the sim but just the occasional one stands out as wrong - before the first patch for rex 2 it would be a long thin…

LOD 5 tex bandwidth mult 400 fibre frame time 0.55 (reduced from preferred 0.66 because of the number of 3d objects to process)
