Hi chip, as I'm only generally on during the weekends, can't confirm and (fortunately? ) haven't upgraded. Is flight model better? U could try mapping the hsi course selector to a joystick wheel.

This will take some time to configure, but what I have seen so far looks promising. The installation can be a small nightmare if you are of the cautious type and have little knowledge of FSX configuration.
